  • Real-time speech-to-speech pipeline integrating ASR, LLM, TTS using a multi-threaded architecture for concurrent execution
  • Develop a real-time interruption feature in which the user can speak to interrupt the system at any time

Breast Cancer Survival Classification using Clinical & Genomic Data | R

  • Analyzed high-dimensional clinical and genomic data from 1,230 patients (24 clinical features and 5,000 mRNA transcripts), performing differential expression analysis, multivariate statistical testing, dimensionality reduction, class imbalance handling with SMOTE, and implementing six penalized regression models with embedded feature selection

  • Conducted end-to-end credit risk analysis by applying statistical inference, exploratory data analysis, dimensionality reduction, and customer segmentation, and built and evaluated supervised learning models for credit default classification and credit score regression using standard performance metrics
